How long will it take to receive the sample kit?
Our sample kits are generally shipped out within 2-4 weeks. You will receive a shipment notification once your sample kit has been shipped.
How long does it take to receive bulk products?
Once you place your order for our MOQ’s, our manufacturing time frame is 4-6 weeks from the time that your order is received. Shipping is not included in this time, once your order ships you may be able to expect that your products may get to you within 7-10 business days.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our shelf life is 12 months from the date of purchase. We encourage you to purchase new products once your products have sat on the shelf for longer than 12 months.
Can your products be used on all hair types?
Yes, our products can be used on all hair types. Follow the directions that we give for each product for proper use.
Are you only shipping within Canada?
No, as of now we are shipping within Canada and the United States. Once we open shipping up internationally, we will make an update and send out a newsletter.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We send out invoices for purchasing in bulk, we accept Paypal and e-transfers.
Can I request changes to the private label products before placing my order?
Unfortunately, we do not allow changes, and modifications to our formulas since they were only tested with the original formula.
Can I just purchase the products in bulk without buying the sample products?
We want you to love your products. We recommend purchasing the sample kit before buying the products in bulk because we are unable to accept returns once you receive your products.
What are your minimum order quantities?
Our minimums start as low as 24 units per product or 1 gallons per product.
Can you label my products?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any labeling services of any kind.
Is this a contract if I purchase private label from your company?
Although you will sign a Private Label agreement, no you are not under a contract. You can stop purchasing products from us at any time if you are no longer interested in the products.
Do you offer refunds if I do not like the products?
No, we do not offer refunds on any of the products that are shipped to you.
Therefore, we recommend trying out the sample kit to ensure that you like the products before investing into them.
