How to use Beets in your beauty routine:

Method: Add 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar to 1/2 cup beet juice and 1/4 cup water and 3-4 drops of Tea tree Essential oil. Apply it to your scalp, leave on for 15-20 mins and wash out with shampoo. This will largely address your dandruff issue.

It also decreases hair fall considerably by giving the hair a nutrient boost. Method: Create a paste out of beet juice and Amla powder. Rub the paste on your scalp before you shampoo.
